Exercise for the Management of Low back Pain
Low back pain is a very common condition, 4 out of 5 adults will suffer from Low Back Pain at some point in their lives.A common response to low back pain is to take it easy, which normally involves staying in bed or stopping any form of physical activity. While this approach is understandable, done for more than a day or two, can have a negative impact on the healing process.A better strategy is to adopt an active rehabilitation program as there is now considerable evidence to support, that this is the best way to produce lasting relief of both pain and disability.
